Creative endeavors have always been a large part of my life. I took early retirement and moved to Tumbler Ridge BC, a move sparked by a huge housing sale in the former coal town. Truly inspired by the beauty of Tumbler Ridge and a whole new lifestyle.

After my father passed away I returned to Alberta, first central Alberta and then to southern Alberta. I have been blessed to be able to travel and live in some beautiful areas and they are reflected in my paintings.

In 2016 I began to watch Robert Hagan and he has truly inspired me to try oils combining landscapes with people, animals and to include a story line in my paintings. Another love in my creative life is creating on silks.

I am a member of the Lethbridge Artists Club, the Southern Alberta Artists and Artisans group on Facebook and now Gallery 13.
